Warranty, Returns Terms and Conditions

5 Year Limited Warranty:

The manufacture of the Alpha-Stim device is Electromedical Products International, Inc. (EPI). EPI warrants only to the original purchaser (and no one else) that each new Alpha-Stim is free of defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for a period of 5 years from the original purchase date, except for accessories. Warranty/product registration must be completed online to validate the warranty. Warranty is return to manufacture – Texas USA.

In New Zealand, Stimtech Medical Ltd checks all products personally prior to packaging. Our packaging method means it is very unlikely to be damaged during freight. If the goods are damaged during transit, you can contact the freight company for compensation.

If you find the product defective from new, we will either repair or replace. We must be notified within 10-days of original delivery. Please email us photos of the defect before sending.

Service

The Alpha-Stim is not user serviceable. To obtain service, first contact your authorized distributor or Alpha-Stim for advice or a Return Material Authorization number (RMA). If necessary, send the entire device, with all accessories, packed in the original case, if available. You will need to send to Texas directly for serving

20-Day Limited Money Back Guarantee

Given the Alpha-Stim is a specialised device we are not obligated to provide any form of Guarantee. Our policy is not to provide a money back guarantee, however, there may be special circumstances whereby the suppliers agree to allow the customer to return the device for a refund. There are very stick and special conditions for this.

1.Returns only approved at the discretion of the distributor.

2.The returnee must email with an explanation, and wait for approval before returning the unwanted product.

3.Products must be returned in new condition, including all original packaging.

4.Products must be returned within 20-days of original dispatch date.

5.PLEASE NOTE there is a mandatory minimum 20% restocking fee.

6.Restocking fee may increase if products are returned with marks, damage, or missing parts.

7.Distributors of the Alpha-Stim have full right of refusal to offer a restocking fee.

8.Any approved refunds will be processed after the product has been returned and inspected and paid at the 20th of the following month.

PLEASE NOTE: return the Alpha-Stim insured, freight prepaid, and include a copy of your invoice and a note describing the problem. Please do not forget to include your return address, including country, and your phone number, along with fax and email if you have them.

We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the site, product or service, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment.

Duration of Agreement

Once confirmed, we will provide you access to the purchased service or product. You agree and understand that access to the service/product may at times be influenced and affected by third parties that we use to provide the service (web hosting, membership site plugins, etc.). You agree and understand that no breach of contract action may be initiated against Alpha-Stim NZ when there are reasonable delays in the access of the service or product.

We reserve the right to terminate the service or product, and or access to certain features of the service or product, with or without prior notice to you. We will make reasonable efforts to provide notice but is not required to do so under the terms of this agreement.
